When slitting high carbon steel sheets (such as AISI 1050, 1080, 1095), customers focus on two critical factors: the stability of the hydraulic system and the quality of knife material. These directly determine the precision, efficiency, and durability of the slitting process.

Inferior knife material can lead to excessive burrs, poor cuts, or even machine damage.
